HOTFIX v0.7.2: Resolved issue with Milestones in browser version

I found an unfortunate bug that was preventing the list of Milestones from being loaded in when playing the browser version of the game. It was related to how the browser was handling resource files, but has been resolved. 

There was also a bug that was causing the Milestones list to be displayed incorrectly, the first time the page was visited. The list was updated correctly if you closed and re-opened the Milestones screen. This has been corrected and the list of Milestones now displays correctly the first time the page is opened.
