Cheat Menu (to bypass potentially game-breaking bug)

Hey y'all,
Press Ctrl + D to access the debug menu. This will allow you to bypass a potentially game-breaking bug that prevents you from moving on to the next level, if you've died previously.
Obviously, the game needed some more play testing. :D
